EMERJ-SafeNow Year Round Sessions for Women

We offer equitable sessions in the form of workshops, programs and presentations with a sliding scale for payment and scholarships, as needed by communities or organizations.

EMERJ-SafeNow understands the needs of women differ from men and that women are at high risk for sexual assault and violence. Care-defense is more than just self-defense. All sessions are trauma informed and provide women with a safe space to learn physical and non-physical self-defense skills.

Summer Camps open for  young women 15-19 years of age. Find out more.
