This camp focuses on providing preteens with care-defense skills, self-defense that starts with self-care, trusting your intuition and assertiveness. Participants will have fun learning self-defense and  martial arts  while exploring healthy relationships and choices. The camp focuses on  developing  inner strength and life skills that interrupt and prevent bullying and harassment.
